FLM Services (First Line Maintenance (FLM))

Our FLM services for the ATMs, with regards to software and hardware are par excellence, achieved through the support of our Custodians & Help Desk Executives who are trained and experienced in ATM servicing techniques apart from being well schooled in security procedures that ensures maximum protection.

"Sahayata" - Round-the-clock Call Center is a unique, centralized help desk providing the back-end support for the smooth and efficient operation of the FLM services of the ATMs. Centralized operations ensure that all the FLM calls are met within the requisite time frames resulting in faultless ATM operations.

CDP Services (Cash Delivery Process (CDP))

CMS Securitas offers doorstep banking solutions, which includes corporate and Retail Cash pickup & Cheque Collection services, Cash, Demand draft, and Travelers Cheque Delivery Services at client's doorstep. We execute all type of standing instruction, on call Request of Cash pickup and Delivery in mutually agreed Turn around time, and provide the Day end MIS along with Reconciliation reports. Service gamut comprises mix of Logistic, Risk Management, Security Procedures, processes & Controls, Cash optimization, Technology, Accounting & Reconciliation and MIS Reporting.

FMS Services (Facility Management Services (FMS))

Securitas offers services of trained front line staff including data operators for operations dealing with cash. Put together , we can offer a complete Cash and Front office to handle routine as well as specific work.
