Mr. Krzysztof Wieslaw Jamroz has over 15 years of experience in the logistics, cash management and investment banking. He presently serves as a Chief Executive Officer of STG Holdings, LLC and an Executive Chairman of St. George Logistics, U.S.A. Prior to that, he was associated with Garda World Corporation as its Cash Services President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his association with Garda World Corporation, he was head of JP Morgan’s corporate finance practice in Canada.
Mr. Jamroz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Birmingham City University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada.
Mr. Rajiv Kaul has over 20 years of experience across technology, private equity and cash management industry. Prior to his association with CMS, he was associated with Actis Capital LLP, London as a partner, and with Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited as General Manager and Managing Director, India from where he moved to Redmond, USA as Senior Director of emerging markets including BRIC.
Mr. Kaul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specialising in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management specialising in Marketing and Finance from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.
He is currently a member of RBI’s Committee on Currency Movement, which was constituted post demonetisation to review the movement of fresh currency. In the past, he has been associated with National Association of Software and Service Companies as an elected member to the Executive Council and was also a member of the National Council of CII from 2003 to 2005. He is also a member of the General Council of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and a member of the Management Committee of Confederation of ATM Industry (CATMi).
Mr. Jimmy Mahtani has over 17 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has been associated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) since 2006 and currently serves as a Managing Director of the private equity investment team in India. Prior to BPEA, he was associated with General Atlantic Partners (Mumbai) in the capacity of Vice President.
Mr. Mahtani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business Administration, triple major in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Georgetown University.
Mr. Gopal Krishna Pillai joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1972 and has held various positions in the Kerala State Government including the District Collector (Quilon), Deputy Secretary (Labour), Special Secretary (Industries), Secretary (Health & Family Welfare) and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Kerala. In the past, he has also served in various positions with the Government of India including Deputy Secretary (Defence), Joint Secretary (Transport), Secretary (Commerce) and Union Home Secretary. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tata International Limited and IvyCap Ventures Advisors Private Limited.
Mr. Pillai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University and a Master’s degree in Science specialising in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He was a distinguished fellow at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, and the Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur.
Mrs. Shyamala Gopinath is a part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Limited. She has over four decades of experience in financial sector policy formulation in different capacities at RBI. As Deputy Governor of the RBI for seven years and member of RBI’s board of directors, she handled some of the critical portfolios in the Reserve Bank, such as, financial markets, including regulation and management of government debt and exchange rate, management of foreign exchange reserves, and banking regulation and supervision.
Between 2001 and 2003, she was deputed to International Monetary Fund (IMF), where she dealt with foreign exchange reserves management, safeguard assessment and foreign exchange markets. She has been part of IMF missions of Financial Sector Assessment Programs to Hungary, Poland, Nigeria and Tanzania. Mrs Gopinath has been a part of the World Trade Organisation’s deliberations relating to financial services. She has also been a delegate on the Asian Clearing Union and Financial Stability Board.
She served as Chairperson of the Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds from 2012 to 2014. She has been an independent Director on the boards of Clearing Corporation of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GAIL (India) Limited and Independent Non-Executive on the Global Governance Council of EY Global Ltd UK. Presently, she is a director on the board of several companies, including non-profit entities, namely Colgate Palmolive (India) Limited, Vodafone India Limited, Grassroot Trading Network for Women and Tata Elxsi Limited. Also, she is currently the chairperson of the board of governors of IIM, Raipur and of the Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Mrs. Gopinath holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
Mr. Ashish Agarwal has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He currently serves as a Principal of Baring Private Equity Asia, Mumbai. Prior to that, he was associated with Lehman Brothers in Mumbai as a Senior Vice President, and the Bank of America in Chicago as Vice President.
Mr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialisation in Electronics from SGS Institute of Technology & Science, Indore, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, USA.
