The
Journey
An
idea is sown in 1976, the exit of three young IBM engineers –R.D.Grover,
S Ramadorai and V.K. Prasad who decided to venture out on their own and
make their hands dirty working on machines that IBM had left behind.
They began their first steps to creating the empire by maintaining and
supporting IBM machines. Thus was born CMS; which stood for what these
men then decided to take up for a living.

rest is, as one would say, history. For the men-beyond the grit and
determination-had a vision….A vision of creating an enterprise that
delivered technology, quality, and innovation with single-minded focus
of superlative customer satisfaction.
