The IT infrastructure management division of CMS Computers Limited was demerged and transferred to the Company followed by an investment by the Blackstone Group to acquire majority stake in certain key businesses of CMS Computers

2011

Acquired Securitrans India Private Limited, thus consolidating its position as the leading cash management services company in India

2013

Entered Managed Services business

2015

Sion Investment Holdings Pte. Limited, an affiliate of Baring Private Equity Asia acquired 100% stake in CMS Info Systems

2021

Listed on Indian bourses (NSE, BSE: CMS INFO). Entered fast growth AIoT powered Remote Monitoring segment
