  • SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Mechanism

In line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Master Circular on Online Resolution of Disputes, the Company has implemented the centralized Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism to facilitate time-bound and cost-effective resolution of investor grievances.

    Important Guidance for Shareholders:

    • First Step: Shareholders should initially lodge their grievances directly with the Company or our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
    • Second Step: If the grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, it can be escalated through the SEBI SCORES portal.
    • ODR Window: If the grievance remains unresolved after exhausting the options above, or if you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you can initiate online conciliation or arbitration through the common SMART ODR Portal.

Please note that the dispute resolution process through the ODR Portal must be initiated within the applicable law of limitation. There are no fees for registering a complaint on the ODR Portal.
